Course content
Global.me course aims to preserve and enrich the multiculturalism and cultural diversity among the youth in Finland, helping the students aware of the globalization in the world, and promote the sustainable development in their daily life. Throughout this course, we want to create an impact on the students’ knowledge, attitude and skills in relation to global education. 

The objectives of the course are:

• To expand the understanding about the world and global issues among Finnish youth
• Increase tolerance and self-expression among Finnish youth
• Improve the possibilities of Finnish upper secondary schools to gain international experiences
• Improve students’ English proficiency (both written and spoken skills)

This year's Global Me teachers come from Australia, Hong Kong, India, Brazil, and Poland!

Course content
Global.me course aims to preserve and enrich the multiculturalism and cultural diversity among the youth in Finland, helping the students aware of the globalization in the world, and promote the sustainable development in their daily life. ENA13 GLOBAL ME Kansainvälisyykasvatuskurssi

Täysin englanninkielinen kansainvälisyykasvatuskurssi, jonka opettajina toimivat eri maanosista tulevat ulkomaalaiset AIESEC -vaihto-opiskelijat. Kurssilla käsitellään maailmanlaajuisia teemoja mm. monikulttuurisuutta, ihmisoikeuksia, ilmaston muutosta sekä sotaa ja rauhaa. Kurssilla ei käytetä oppikirjoja, vaan asioita käsitellään pelien,
leikkien ja keskustelujen avulla. Saat kurssista erillisen englannin-kielisen todistuksen. (S/H).

Thanks to Global Me my tear ducts are dry... I have cried too much because I'm just so sad the spice of my boring weeks are gone. Best course you could ever have in high school. If you want to learn things about the world, interact in English, have fun and meet new people, this course is made for you. Not only I learned about global issues and began to see the world a bigger place, but I also somehow built up more courage to act in surprising social situations. And of course the two months made my English speaking better. For me the most memorable parts of the course are clearly the fun classes but also getting known to the teachers better as friends. I can't say a single bad word of this course. Thanks for the memories! <3
